Keith Lindmark

Keith Lindmark Age: 83 Died: Friday, October 19, 2012 in Carrollton, Texas.

Graveside Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 in Memorial Park Cemetery - Services are under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart, Texas.

Keith Lindmark, age 83, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Friday, October 19th at a hospital in Carrollton, Texas surrounded by family. He was born in Stratford, Iowa to parents Arthur and Nellie Lindmark and was the youngest to an older brother Dorrell Lindmark and sister Jean Fuller. Keith lived a very interesting life. He met and married Dorothy Lindmark in Iowa, had two sons Larry & Lyle, and moved the family to Dalhart to pursue agricultural interests.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his oldest son Larry Lindmark. He is survived by his son Lyle Lindmark of Purcell, OK; grandsons Jason Lindmark of Dallas, TX; Trent Lindmark of Norman, OK; and Jeff Lindmark of Shreveport, LA ; a granddaughter Angie Waddell of Yukon, OK. He also had seven great- grandchildren.

Over the years, Keith explored various business interests including farming, ranching, outdoor advertising, thoroughbred and quarter horse breeding/racing, commercial real estate, and most recently he owned and enjoyed running the Sundown Resort RV Park. Keith was also a devoted Christian, not only through attending church and prayer, but also in character and spirit. Although he will be dearly missed, he went to be with the Lord after living life to the fullest on a beautiful, sunny day, heaven’s gates opened to take him home.
